Returns Policy

We back all of our products 100%. We offer a simple, hassle-free return policy. You may return ANY item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. WesWare Online will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of OUR error (you received an incorrect or damaged package). In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or damaged package, return the item unopened and in the condition it arrived to qualify for return shipping reimbursement. All of our products are covered by the standard manufacturers' warranty as well.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days). Replacement items will be shipped immediately after we have received your return if the item is in stock. If your replacement is not in stock, will will contact you with the date it will be available for shipment.

If you need to return an item, simply use our contact us page and include your full name, an order number, item description, and a valid email address to receive your return authorization. We will contact you via email with return authorization information and also after your return has been processed. You may also contact us via our toll free customer service number at (866) 750-8101 during our regular customer service hours (M - F, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Eastern time). Shipping

We can ship to anywhere in the United States and most items will ship within 24 hrs of purchase. The majority of our products will ship via USPS First Class or Priority, but we use UPS and FedEx as well when necessary. For your convenience, we provide shipment tracking information which will be communicated via email. Our shipping rate is simple: a $2.50 Flat Shipping rate on all orders, regardless of item quantity or price. Our standard shipping time is 3-5 days. All shipping charges will be stated clearly on our product's description page and during the checkout process.

WesWare Online will collect applicable sales tax for residents of Ohio.
